Closeout Sale: Weekly Report 12/17 – 12/31/2018

This reports covers the last two weeks of the year as I close out what’s left of it. I over ate during vacation and spent way too much time on the couch which led to poor training results. Fell short about 20 miles or so of my two week planned mileage.

A recap weekly/biweekly/monthly or however I decided to do it. A week is determined in my plan as Monday thru Sunday. 1 month is from 1st to last day.
